This was actually really good!! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I found that Theo's sexual comments were just too much at times, but this is completely a personal preference! More people need to read this, although now I'm impatiently waiting for book #2!
Moments like this had me laughing while reading this! While his sexual comments were a bit much at times I really loved the fact that the book was told from his perspective. I found there was similarities between Theo from Lane One: Temptation and Will from Beautiful Player by Christina Lauren. It might just be because I read Beautiful Player recently though. Regardless, I really liked Theo's character. I feel like there's a lot more to him that us as readers just don't know yet. I can't wait to learn more about his past/character."Do you see the guy standing behind the chrome, three-tier towel rack, staring out at the long length of the lap pool like a creeper, or pedophile? The devastatingly handsome man with short, dirty blond hair, but long enough for you to hold on to while he's fucking you? That dumbshit is me."
Cassie/Maria was an interesting character and such a tease!! It was quite obvious there was chemistry between her and Theo but every time things started to really heat up between them she'd stop it. I really can't wait to get my hands on Lane One: Seduction and find out what Cassie was doing at the church and who the mystery blond man is!

While reading this I couldn't help but felt like I read half of it already, turns out I did! I'm not sure when but awhile ago I actually read just more than half of this story. I must have got distracted with another book, it's the only thing I can think of as to why I didn't finish this the first time I read it! I love Sawyer, I love how protective he was over Honey.

The Sin Eater's Daughter
**4.5 Stars**...I think, maybe 4, not sure yet!
Random thoughts:
- I feel like there could have been a better title. Yes, she's The Sin Eater's Daughter but I just didn't think it made sense to name the book that.
- The world building was great!!! At times I found myself flipping back to remember parts of the "fairy tales".
- The ending didn't surprise me, defiantly saw that coming. It was very predictable, but that doesn't mean it's not enjoyable! There will be people who won't see it coming.
- I'm not sure about the Epilogue...stupid, stupid girl. I mean I'm pretty sure I know who's at the door but the fact that I'm gonna have to wait A YEAR to find out!?! No. Just tell me!!!
Okay, but overall well written, interesting characters, and great plot. I did find it little slow at times and kind of flat, but the plot makes up for it :)

Interesting conclusion to this series...I have to say though, I'm a bit disappointed with this one. It felt rushed and some things that took place within the last couple of chapters just seemed unnecessary or poorly planned out.

Dammit. I just wanted a romance read, and what did I do? Pick up a book that has my heart, head, and possibly eyes (I might possibly have a glossy eyed look going on at the moment....) all messed up! Oh the FEELS!!!

Beautiful Bitch was a huge disappointment and I wasn't sure if I would bother with any of the other novellas, but I'm glad I decided to pick this one up!!

I tried. I really did, I wanted to love this book but I just couldn't...

Frig, Asher that makes two of us!! This girl is giving me serious whip lash, someone please tell me is she bipolar? Because I'm convinced she is. I'm not a fan of Grace, maybe she'll grow on me and that's a HUGE. Asher, well, she's just a douche.
I haven't read a lot by J.A. Huss, the only other book by her I've read was Come and THAT was...interesting. But based on reading these two books by her makes me think she clearly has a thing for the whole stalker and I need to know things about your private life plots. Now as much as Grace is annoying and Asher is a douche I do plan on continuing with this series...what is wrong with me.
